Please note that Magiq is a service provisioned "from the Cloud" so these may be a little different to other services you have used.

We are using Amazon's "Elastic Computing" (AKA "EC2") to provide your Magiq services and instance, so you should feel quite confident about it's availability and security.

Our Terms and Conditions explains the terms under which we do business and your responsibilities in using our services.

The Security Agreement explains how we take care of your data, and our commitments in terms of maintaining our systems and your data.
