Magiq's Technology

Actually the whole point of Magiq is that you don't need to worry about the technology; it is there, and it's very smart but it's not what you are buying.

Arthur C Clarke made the point very well when he said:
'Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from Magic'

But then again we are all a little curious about what's "under the hood". So if you're a closet techie and Magiq is tweaking your curiosity and making you want to delve a little deeper, then try the Magiq Wiki

If however your questions are more run-of-the-mill, then take a peek at our FAQ page, as this has lots of answers to common questions and links to useful information.

How Magiq Works

Simply speaking, you add the Magiq file to your website or web application and it captures data about how individual people interact with your applications. Magiq uses this data in two ways. Firstly, it is used to compile a real-time record of what this user is doing, looking at, and where they came from, search terms etc. (We know this as their session state), and secondly it is recorded in Magiq's customer history file for this person. (We know this as the customer state.)

This real-time and historic data is then used by Magiq's products to adapt content in the pages the customer sees, or to implement marketing campaigns you define and to provide information about your visitor and customer base to help  you communicate better.
