Behavioural Targeting
Responding to customers' behaviour and history in real-time with relevant messages and content is what LifecycleMAGIQ is about; and it's simple.
Whether that behaviour is the visitor responding to an email campaign, clicking through from an affiliate, or selecting an offer on a web page you can define a LifecycleMAGIQ Trigger to act on this behaviour. Once the Trigger is defined, then you can attach any number of LifecycleMAGIQ Actions that operate through your web pages, email or sales automation system to deliver the killer message that will get the customer moving from intender to purchaser.
Now, or maybe later
Not everything is best done in real-time, so LifecycleMAGIQ also lets you set the Trigger to fire after a time delay.
For instance, for an insurance policy, delaying the renewal reminder for 11 months might be the smart thing to do. Or, for a high-value purchase, giving the user a day or two to think about the previous content before triggering the sales team into action could make sense.
No guessing needed
The important thing is you don't need to know if it is the right answer, because LifecycleMAGIQ's conversion reporting will be telling you if that strategy worked, the day after the first trigger goes off.
